Leche Flan is a Filipino version of Creme Caramel or Creme Brule. It has a clear caramel sauce that melts during cooking and pools around the flan when served.
Recipe:
8 whole eggs
4 egg yolks
2 cans condensed milk
3 cans evaporated milk
1 cup sugar for caramel
