How to cook perfect sunny side up egg with less oil
Cooking with less oil. How to cook a perfect sunny side up egg. That soft and runny yolk with well set eggwhite. Perfect for breakfast. I cringe every time I see egg swimming in oil, so here's how to do it.
Important points to remember:
cover the pan so steam will cook the egg, not oil
grease the pan by wiping oil in it
if using chef's ring, grease the ring as well
