Crispy Pork coated with couscous

Crispy Pork

4 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 thin slices of lean pork
½ Cup Couscous
Ground black & white pepper

How to :
Season pork with ground pepper (rubbing each side to distribute the flavor) add salt and set aside. Coat the pork with couscous and deep fry.
